Dr Aryel Nicoleau, a native of Port-au-Prince Haiti is a graduate of the Universite Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) where he obtained his medical degree and went on to do his internship and residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital of Queens formerly known as Booth Memorial Hospital. Dr. Nicoleau is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. He has been in private practice for over 30 years.
Candace Nicoleau is a Nurse Practitioner at Queens Village Primary Medical Care. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Long Island University and went on to receive her Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing specializing in Adult-Gerontological health at Stonybrook University. Candace is also a certified health and wellness coach and mental health advocate and implements a systems- biological approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease and integrates lifestyle and nutrition in her practice of medicine to treat and manage chronic illnesses. Candace treats each patient as a whole; taking into account the interactions among genetic, environmental and mental factors that can influence long term health.
Linda is a physician assistant working at Queens Village Medical Care with Dr. Aryel Nicoleau since 2010. She also does home visits for Doctors on-the-Go and has 4 years of experience there. In addition, she provides medical care every third Saturday of each month at Dr. Nicoleau’s new clinic located on Hillside Avenue (Hillside Clinic). She has affiliation with Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Linda earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Physician Assistant study from York College CUNY in 2008 followed by a Masters of Science degree in the same field from Stony Brook University in 2013. She has been certified as a physician assistant for the past 8 years.
If your insurance plan is out-of-network, payment is due at the time of service. However, we will gladly bill your insurance on your behalf as a courtesy and for your convenience. Any eligible portion of your visit would then be reimbursed directly to you by your insurance company.
